Frank Ferro

Frank Ferro brings over 20 years of experience to Oak City Saxes. In college, he honed his classical skills as a member of UNC’s Wind Ensemble while also playing sax for Eli Whitney and the Sound Machine, a Long Island-based ska-punk band. Frank currently plays saxophone for the Triangle Pride Band and the Triangle Jazz Ensemble, where he serves as section leader.
Outside of music, Frank works as a software engineer in the Triangle and also indulges in various nerdy activities such as Dungeons and Dragons, board games, and video games.
